This blend with beans from Ethiopia (what a light roast star, honestly) and Rwanda brings notes of cranberry and citrus zest with candied tropicals like pineapple and ginger, all with the lightness of tea. It’s fun, it’s adventurous, and it brings in the spring season perfectly!

The very first bag of coffee we served was called "Dayspring". As an homage to that Brazilian bean, we are happy to share with you our house blend, lovingly called Dayspring. A classic blend with base notes of caramel, brownie batter, and honey supported by deep, spicy tones of cardamom, toasted almond, and smoked cedar.

We met making coffee and we value its innate ability to connect others. It’s intertwined in our roots, and that's why we roast.
