We do not add flavors or other additives to our coffee. All the notes listed for our roasts are the natural flavors that are highlighted when the beans are roasted. Each region and harvest process produce their own unique notes.

As a small roastery, our equipment is limited, so each bag is ground in small quantities by us. The extra charge covers our time and the upkeep of our equipment. We highly recommend you purchase whole bean for the freshest cup possible.
