US Domestic Shipping
Our US Domestic shipping is currently flat rate. You can expect your coffee to be processed within 3 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. We currently only ship within the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. As we grow, we hope to continue to expand this range.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide International shipping due to the nature of our business. As we continue to grow and expand, we have plans to offer this service in the future.
Returns
Coffee Returns
Due to the nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns for whole or ground coffee beans. If you are dissatisfied by the quality of your coffee, please contact us at support@rootandroast.com.
Merchandise Returns & Exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your merchandise purchase or need to exchange merchandise for a different style, color, or size, please contact support@rootandroast.com with Order #, Name, and reason for return/exchange and our team will do its best to accommodate. We can not guarantee returns and/or exchanges will be accepted.
