The very first bag of coffee we served was called "Dayspring". As an homage to that Brazilian bean, we are happy to share with you our new house blend, lovingly called Dayspring. A classic blend with base notes of cocoa and caramelized sugars supported by herbal and earthy tones like dried banana and spices. We are excited to introduce this blend as part of our first anniversary and hope to keep it around for years to come.
